So I saw in the July / August 2009 Seventeen magazine the other day and saw a very beautiful costume Charlotte Russe! It was a vintage-style, floral print, spaghetti strap dress. and was one of the "Latest Fashion Tips" pages. Actually, I just wanted to see online, but ..... I Can Find It! Can anyone help? anyone?

Seventeen Magazine, July, adding that going on page 118, and said that they only exist in the shops in the store and ask. For flower arrangements is that what is being called. :)
Well, maybe not in the camp. I know that happens sometimes. because my friends went to another "Hot Topic" and could not find what they have. So I was very frustrated, but then my friend for me. Maybe you should ask a salesperson. and it was July / August 2009 may have been the way to new and not yet
